Catch 22

Just realised if I can use that phrase there is somewhat a catch 22 situation in the world of fabswing. If you want to meet someone genuine they seem to only respond to verified people. Yet you cannot get verified without meeting them. Catch 22. So anyone got some advice on this. How does one jump into the world of verified fabbers, Or would anyone around Drogheda fancy a coffee chat some morning purley for verification purposes. Sorry if this is a frequent trend or question new here.

Get yourself to one of the events that accept nonverifieds, convince someone local to have a quick social coffee, or checkout the "help a fabber out" thread. You may have to be willing to travel for this

There are plenty of people who meet unverified people. They’re not running charities though you’re probably going to find it harder given that you’re attached but that’s not to say it’s impossible.

There are socials that welcome unverified people. Have a look at the events thread to see if any of them suit and contact the organiser.

There’s also the help a fabber thread.

You will have to put effort in, and may need to travel outside of your locality.

You will find many socials for unverified people. Get yourself to one of them and will be sorted

It's never been easier to get verified than it has been the last several months.

The forums are full of stuff going on.

It takes a little effort but if you dont make the effort you probably wont get anywhere in here.

And if you do make the effort sure the sky could be the limit.

But a veri is just the first step in a long road, but like every journey it starts with a first step.
