Can anyone answer me this what warrants a permanent forum ban. Is there a policy that is followed or is it at the discretion of whatever mod happens to be policing the forums at the time. I'm not asking this to be argumentative but personally would like to avoid receiving a permanent ban and as the saying goes forewarned is forearmed hence I'd like to know where one can find this information

I don't know, but if it's anything like the journal.ie you'll get banned for breaking wind.

I managed to get banned there for cracking a joke. I'm being cautious here just in case!

I should test the joke to see if i deserved it.. it was the opening night of the paralympics in London, and everyone was gushing about how incredible it was. I suggested that it wasn't a great start as a lot of the participants seemed to be struggling with injuries already!

Lifetime ban for that! I wouldn't mind but a friend of mine in a wheelchair had cracked it to me before that!

Its true I don't know either wat would be a lifelong ban

This is a public debate and sometimes you throw a dog a bone there are going to chase that bone.

With different options etc so yeah I would like to know too.
