Belfast sauna

Hi,hoping to arrange my first visit to the Belfast sauna sometime soon. Are there any days better than others? I'll probably go some afternoon mid-week. How much is it to get in? Any advice or comments welcome. Thanks.

There’s a Tv day first Wednesday of every month which usually draws a good crowd if your into guys who dress. Naked In The Dark is on from 7pm first Thursday of every month and is a mighty evening. There’s a few other theme evening which I can’t think of just now.
