In the past wk I've received 2 call backs from people i never rang

Just wondering has it happened anyone else

Is it a new phenomenon .

You phone number has been piggy backed onto a scam

It happens a lot ....they get a missed call and ring you back but the scammers are hoping that they answer the number when they use it

It a random number used for a fake caller id to look like an Irish no. But don't worry this doesn't mean your phone is hacked.

The other person just thinks you called.

It's kinda the first quarter of the year their target months they generally operate some more sophisticated and convincing than others but as the saying goes if it sounds too gud to be true..

Ya if get a call saying they missed a call from me . Got a call from an elderly lady twice ringing me saying "hello were you looking for John" ????.never rang the poor woman . Hasn't happened in about a year now though .

if your not in my mobiles contact list , i'll never accept the call, EVER.

i occasionally google numbers trying to contact me , 9 times out of 10 flads up as scam or cold calling company.
