Haven't watched it in 20 years but I've been keeping up with the amazing work Diamond Dallas Page has been doing with his yoga programme and how he helped rehab a number of retired wrestlers and boxers.

DDP's yoga is actually amazing. Has helped me get into possibly the best shape of my life
