Do you enjoy the look and/or the sensation?

It's a Prince Albert piercing. The metalwork is a ring with a fixed bead. The ring is on the chunky side at 8mm thick, not a large diameter though.

Pretty easy to pop it out if it's getting in the way.

In my experience some women love it and the slight majority don't (prince Albert). And with anal it can be painful for the man.
