A subject has been broached!

So, what would ye consider mind fucking to be? How would you describe it?

Is it a good or a bad thing?

How much is too much?

Do you enjoy it or hate it?

Discuss.

This essay will be 70% of your leaving exam score.

No unsolicited replying privately to random people's answers just cause it triggered a heart beat elevation, or lowered the blood count in your sperm please.

It sounds bad like really bad. So it would depend on the context and if the participants were willing or not

I quite like a mind fuck...makes for a better connection for the actual fuck. Definitely stimulating the brain is a quicker way to get into my knickers. If someone fucks my mind it's like I'm halfway there already.

Do you mean a mind-fuck where someone is messing with your head in a malicious way? Because that's rarely if ever a good thing

Is mind fucking not gaslighting someone? At least that's what would think it to be.

It can be looked upon with both negative and positive connotations.

I find the negative interpretation is more manipulative, destructive.

Positively, its to bring people into your narrative in an evocative manner.

Well I guess in any case it's about getting into someone's head, right?

Now, as with any other situation, it could be used in a positive manner, as well as the negative.

But then, are people up for someone getting into their head, even if it's positive? Or absolutely against it, cause they can't tolerate it for whatever reason?

I'm happy for someone to get in my head provided they're there with good intentions & those intentions are welcome.

If someone is trying to get into my head with the sole purpose of causing hurt and pain then, no, they can find somewhere else to live rent free.

I guess the difficulty arises when they come in with good intentions and all is well for a while, then for whatever reason things change. This is not an enjoyable experience.

Well, I just reckon it's a fragile place to be, even the best intentions are not enough, one has to be careful, or engage with someone that can handle it...

But that's a chicken and egg problem
