What does attraction feel like for you?

The West

Do you get flutters or forget how to speak?

I can get really distracted by the urge to kiss someone to the point where I lose track of the conversation.

If I'm crushing on someone I can feel like an awkward teenager again and get quite amused with myself.

Far far away

I get giggly.. I get an incredible urge to rub my hands all over their chest.. Naked one of course..of course highly inappropriate in the wrong situation. Something about neck, chest and shoulders that give me the flutters.

I fart alot. That's how you know I like you. The more excited I get the squeakier the fart.

lolli land

I stare and smile like an eejit, especially when they are talking and then I rabbit on and constantly forget my trail of thought so end up just standing there, and if they say something funny I laugh too hard and snort, can never manage to think of anything witty to retort with and yeah, generally become the most unfanciable female on the planet! Oh and chance are I’ll either fall in front of them or spill my drink, or spit it out, what ever unattractive qualities you can think of…. That’s me

If I make eye contact and the chemistry is strong I will look everywhere but ur eyes lol lol until we get intimate then I can see into ur soul. and yep the urge to kiss someone u are attracted too is distracting! And such a let down if they aren’t a great kisser, it is dead in the water.

I smile a lot and can’t look away, it usually involves a lot of teasing too, sometimes to the point where one woman actually thought I didn’t like her, it’s adolescent like, I know but I genuinely can’t help it.

I'm assuming I'm different from most because for me there is no nervous anticipation, no distraction or noticeable tingle.

Everything is in the moment and by the time I lean in for that first kiss it's more of a test to see if the kiss conveys a sense of passion and intensity.

I've had meets with women who would be classed as fab hot and it has been extremely easy to not be attracted to them in person because of their attitude.

I'm rarely attracted to anyone who isn't attracted to me.

One of the joys of anhedonia.

Definitely get the flutters and start overthinking every little thing I do or say in their presence.

I definitely get the butterflies in the tummy and turn into a jibbering idiot, never knowing what to say.

Although some say I’m a jibbering idiot at the best of times.

I don't get any of the above, it's almost more of a conscious decision to find the person attractive, the flutters/nerves etc are things I would have experienced decades ago but not any more.

Sorry I’m not going to believe you or Caseylee, attraction is defined as the action or power of evoking interest in or liking for someone or something. That to me means emotion of some kind so I can’t believe you guys,

Liking someone and wanting to have sex with them are two different things

The West

I was at a fab social recently and was introduced to someone who was so outrageously attractive to me I think all I managed was a single 'hi' and then I just stood there until I could escape.

I would have found this very embarrassing as a younger guy but these days it's quite funny and I just laugh at myself. In fact I'm sure I'll tell them what happened the next time we meet!

For some strange reason I can't really say what I do, when I'm attracted to a woman.

The closest thing to it, that I do is keep looking at her for a time, then for some reason, when I'm talking to her, I'll start to look everywhere else, but her.

Ah how timely of you to appear

Now I remember I do get a bit of a twitch from the thoughts of pegging you

Like alot here (which I find comforting) I'd go shy and probably blush and start to mix up my words. A few have said it's cute but I beg to differ

It really depends on a few things. If it's unexpected then I can stumble and get taken aback. If it's in a situation where I'm already heightened I'll be extremely calm and intense. If I can I'll be in control, unless I'm surprised, then it's lust. I love it when this happens.

I get efficient, it drives me nuts but I just start trying to organise and arrange things or tidy stuff. Its like subconsciously I want to show off or something, then I realise I'm doing it and overcompensate by trying to look paid back and then realise I look like a complete spa! I really shouldn't be let out in public at all
