I (fire) met with a tantric couple last year and had an amazing experience.

It takes a lot of time and study to really experience it. I've since read a few books on it and would love to develop tantra further in my relationship. Its a very spiritual experience and you have to be open to it.

It's a meditative, spontaneous and intimate lovemaking to prolong the act of making love and to channel, rather than dissipate potent orgasmic energies moving through you, thereby raising the level of your consciousness. as someone says its a lot more than slow sex. I've been practicing Tantra for about 10 years, in essence is it about exploring incredible levels of arousal and pleasure.

For the man it is about ejaculation control, you hold it but bring the sensation of orgasm inwards and it is incredibly intense, this was you can stay erect and experience repeated orgasm. I've practised it for a number of years and it does work believe me it sure does. But as discussed above for it to work respect is a big thing and love also in many ways.

Let me elaborate on this, you need to be willing to give to your partner and let go.

Breathing is a massive part of it and then trying to move the energy around the body and away from the sexual areas to other areas bringing a intense prolonged entire body experience.
