Been trying the MyProtein clear isolates. Good range of flavours. Nice for a change. What's your go to protein supplements?

"Chicken "

Was going to say the same, chicken, beef, turkey and eggs amongst others.

Make sure protein is 80%+ per portion...some fierce rubbish out there that's just pointless to use.

Biotech Iso Whey Zero Protein Vanilla flavour. I suffer from kidney stones & this reduces the levels of calcium i consume as opposed to normal whey protein.

If you suffer from any sort of lactose intolerance or looking to get leaner a little quicker while using normal whey protein, this may be the best option.

Your not going to get a better tasting protein than Per4m. I think the isolate they do is a bit too expensive but if you're not on a cut per4m the way to go for taste and protein quality.

MyProtein Whey is the best tasting one I found. All their flavours. I even bake and make desserts like cheesecake with it. All turn out fantastic.
