slipped disc occurs when the case of your disc ruptures and the soft gel like substance bulges out and touches a nerve resulting in pain.. never ever try get this gel pushed back in as you can cause more damage, painkillers can help with the pain, also maybe see a physiotherapist, they can give u advice on exercise that may help, swimming is great, can take abt 6wks to heal so no fun 4 you for a while

Thanks for that advise but it happens a bit now and i do go 2 a bone setter 2 get it put back in because its so painfull dont tink it doin any gud.i was told bike is gud 4 it.i play sport that dont help having 2 train either
