So.. as some of you may know I go the gym a lot… I am probably very inappropriate at watching the lads training but hey.. can’t help myself.

So started in a new gym.. I’d seen this guy in the previous gym and nodded in passing that kinda thing. Now he’s in the new gym.. makes a point of training near me.. chats.. that kinda thing..

plenty of eye contact.. tells me he’s single.. is he flirting or am I reading too much in to it? It’s gotten that I’m disappointed if he’s not there when I get to the gym and he may have featured in a few fantasies of late..

also.. he’s 21…. I’m 53…

Help before I make an ejit out of myself…

Id ask him for a coffee anyway to see if he's flirting but I'd imagine some will have a go by saying if it was a 53 yr old man and young woman then its wrong

I'd have to agree with this. I got a message from a 24 year old recently. Immediately recognised him as being on Fab and a member of my gym. As tempting as it was not worth it if he started telling his gym bros all the juicy details.

Try to initiate some flirting into the conversation and drop the word fab in a couple of times to read his reaction lol but if he's going out of his way to talk to you he's interested

Nothing to stop you flirting back, could always ask him to ‘spot for you’ if lifting. I think that what you call it when they stand over to prevent bar dropping on you if lifting heavy. Be an interesting eyeful for you as you work out. The sexiest women (& men) tease. Only when it gets to more does the risk of his mouthing off to his pals occur but you can decide as you know more about him from flirting . Enjoy it, life is for living !
