Not sure what exactly you are looking for.

If you are looking for a dress up service, there are a few options around Dublin. (E.g. Irish fashion t-girls)

There is also the dv8 tgirl night in Dublin every last Friday as a social kind of event.

The kink community is also very open, unlike the swinger community. You can look for munches (social events) to get involved with the kink community
