"The number one job loss was shoe repairs / key cutting Any opinions " To be fair that's not exactly something AI would be replacing, although when we all lose our jobs to AI we won't be able to afford new shoes, so this career path could be making a comeback

"Another 3 years or so and it's welcome to mine!" I'm actually introducing elements of AI into my job without telling anyone, hopefully there is no red flags when things start getting more efficient, done right and on time [This message was brought to you by AI]

"Just listening to the radio about jobs that will not survive much longer because of A.I but more so people's changing life styles What jobs do you think are under threat ....are you replaceable by A.I or Chat GPT The number one job loss was shoe repairs / key cutting Now I admit I haven't worn shoes with leather soles since the 90's but I see 3 different show repair shops near me and they also cut keys and they're busy Any opinions " I'm going to lie I kinda died a little inside when I had seen concept art for a movie, that I was Genuinely impressed with, that turned out to be AI generated, The rewards, recognition and reasons to stay passionate in avenue like that will be gone, replaced by souless tool ... I mean .. I for one love our new AI overlords! Hon Shhkynet

"Office jobs where peeps churn out marketing, management and business concepts, programmes, plans etc. I've written some of that kinda sleek stuff in my younger years, it's a lot of blabla that sounds and looks good, only requirement the figures have to add up. Ideal for AI." Influencers have to be easily replaceable by AI - thankfully !

"Having worked with graphic design, editing and animation, I'd say those will take a while. We are using AI tools to try and speed up some aspects but it just means some tedious parts gets churned out faster. It doesn't do a great job and really isn't up to broadcast quality. At least for now, it can't compete with humans, it's just another tool we're using. Editorial and news writing is the main one it can do right now. If you've ever had a job to research a topic and write about it. AI can do that. " I am in the same industry. AI has also speed-up my processes. I can't really see AI as a threat. In history, mass produced products made things cheaper, but the value of handmade items increased even more and gained more importance than ever. The same applies to the evolution of AI. Processes will speed up, production will increase, but human creativity will gain even more value.

"Main thing is, if nobody is working an ai are doing it for more profit, who buys the goods if nobody has money?" On magnetic pulse from the sun or some computer virus could reset a lot of things lol

"People who are creative and innovative will probably do well if AI takes over a lot of jobs. Eventually they'll have to give people a decent basic income if there's no job but yet they're well qualified and available for work It could also go back to people working in agriculture again or some kind of sustainable farming, fisheries or environmental responsibility. Looking after parks, beaches, rivers lakes, headlands forestry and the infrastructure. But at your own pace, not like forced labour or anything just working to your ability. Some people wouldn't like it but I suppose being outdoorsy and I like hard graft it would bother me " This would be the ideal situation, a world where we enjoy life and ai does the graf, but like everything it will be taken advantage of. Companies and gov don't care about your quality of life, just money, sadly. Can't wait for elections hahaha

I can fish, hunt and build shelters. Butch and outdoorsy all week and in the evening time at weekends I transform into Danú lol It's important have survival skills and embrace hardships now and again.
