Hi everyone, my question is for people who have dipped their toes into the fuller meaning of Tantra.

I'm very much aware that Tantra is much more than a "sexual massage" and is about ones use of energy and spirituality and this energy is in different manners.

My question is how did you get involved and/or what courses did you participate in and any teacher recommendation

AFAIK a proper tantra massage has the ability to unlock past trauma or blockages which may lead to a fulfillment, emotional or sensual
