They're the best, you're on the go and ready for the day for at least the next couple of hours

Jesus no .....there's a reason electricity was invented

One of the best reasons was a hot shower every morning but can live with only slightly warm for the last minute but during the summer months only

They can be lovely . This time of year I'd only do a cold rinse off before getting out though. But it is very refreshing and much better for your hair as well

Cold showers in a hot country can be a delight but in Ireland with the cold and damp… less so

Much prefer a hot shower. I remember cold showers in the summer as a child and to be honest it was horrible enough then.

Ah sounds like a Great idea but then the reality of it is that its a terrible idea as you shiver your arse off in the shower. But more power to you man for sticking it out ! I don't think I could cope,in fact my lad would be inverted at the thought of it!!!

The West

I have cold showers at the pool when I'm using the sauna. And I swim in the sea all year round.

No way I'm torturing myself in the comfort of my own home

Ah there's not much of my lad as it is to warrant any worry there......

I prefer the sea also, cold showers are so much more unpleasant

City Centre, Dublin

My life isn’t all miserable that I need to torture myself in the morning to make the rest of the day seem relatively better

You’re not in your parents anymore, turn the immersion on
