Just carry on as you were or change a few aspects? Quiet January for all?

Well I plan on doing the Kilkenny hike, hopefully it'll start during this month of January!!

I'm also going to an organised social in February!!

There are a few people I've been chatting to before xmas so I hope to meet them for a coffee meet soon!!

Plenty of cycling tours, first gym session out of the way after 6 weeks of doing nadda and eating crisps. It will all probably fall apart this time next week but best at least try

Is dry January a thing many still do or a thing of the past?

"Is dry January a thing many still do or a thing of the past? "

I'm doing dry January and beyond this time because about 5 weeks before I was told by my doctor that my sugars are very high, not a diabetic worry just yet, my doctor tells me!!

I worked on my diet, stopped eating chocolate, crisps etc etc! Stopped eating bread as started eating porridge for breakfast! I indulged over xmas so I need to get back on track with healthy eating! There is sugars in beer so I need to watch myself there!!

Sorry, my mistake, beers don't have sugar in them but they are high in carbohydrates which leads to weight gain which can then raise the blood sugar levels!
