"Is dry January a thing many still do or a thing of the past? " I'm doing dry January and beyond this time because about 5 weeks before I was told by my doctor that my sugars are very high, not a diabetic worry just yet, my doctor tells me!! I worked on my diet, stopped eating chocolate, crisps etc etc! Stopped eating bread as started eating porridge for breakfast! I indulged over xmas so I need to get back on track with healthy eating! There is sugars in beer so I need to watch myself there!! | |||
