"I don't drink and never have done but I'm curious about the point of something like this and people's motivation. Is it just a challenge to see if you can do it, a financial issue or is it for health reasons? What's the plan on 1st February? Do you pick up where you left off or will you continue to go without?" For me it's about healthy eating, need to cut down on my sugars or I'm in danger of becoming a diabetic according to my doctor. 5 weeks before Xmas I did cut out the chocolate, crisps, bread as I have porridge for breakfast! My next social I'll be going to is February 24th and so won't drink until then but I'm going to cut down on the amount I drink at socials!! For a start I'm not going to bring my own drink with me as I'll end up drinking more then!! | |||
