For me, it’s to make more time for those who matter around me. Much too often I make excuses and spend far too long in work without seeing my friends/those close to me

in short, im gonna try find a better work/life balance

Around

My take is to take up something new at New Year's; for 2024, I'm going to train for a half, then full marathon; set a new PB for lifting weights & try travel to a new country every 2 months.

I think it's easier to take up something new versus giving up something

Tipp, Clare,

My New Year's Resolution is not to make any New Year's Resolutions because I never stick to them

Not so much a New Year's resolution, as such. As they don't usually workout for me. More like life changes, for me, so to speak.

1,change job's.

2,join a gym or get fitter & toned up.

3,more me private time.

4,try to a tend more socials & IF I'm EXTRA lucky have a play meet during the year aswell(a person can always dream right).

Not getting my hope's up on to much changing either. As it usually doesn't happen & goes to SHIT instead.

Last years resolution was to be a slapper in 2023 and I failed at that so we’ll try again for 2024

I definitely need to get healthier/fitter

It’s not a resolution that I need to start into on 1st Jan but one to work on through the year

Mine is to just be myself and live my life for me. Do what makes me happy and take more risks.

2024 is a big year for me as my youngest turns 18 and finishes school. Ill soon be an unemployed mammy

My new year's resolution is to really look at what I want to do and be now that I can make decisions with only myself to consider.

2023 has been quite hard on us both with health stuff and last min events (our own fault, but it's too addictive)

Now we have all events planned out for the whole year, all ducks already lined up...

Our own resolution is to meet more people personally and have more great experiences.

Oh and also get our house sorted and make it look like a home and not an office

To stop arguing with ar.eholes.

That's the only promise I've made myself for this year.

To try do a dry January, failed at that already. Will start again today.

Attend more physical exercise classes. Maybe even get a personal trainer to loose a bit of weight.

And just to keep on being myself.
