There isn't really any good way to do this.

Just try to arrange a nice and calm evening sometime and bring it up. I think the most important part is to have a good conversation about it to avoid misunderstandings

I wouldn't worry too much about the things you can't control.

Make sure you spend some thought on what questions might come up.

Like

Why do you dress?

Why bring this up now?

What is it you want to happen after you come out?
