So the big day itself and the man himself with the big red coat and bushy white beard will soon be coming on us.. so I'm wondering is there anything you're all looking forward to doing? Mine will be getting the Christmas lights all turned on, Christmas music put on and switching on the kettle for a nice cup of tea and a few shortbread biscuits. Watching the kids open the gifts, and swapping gifts with family. Start eating around 12 and doing all courses over the whole day. Opening a few cans of orchard thieves and having some baileys too. Possibly play a few board games.. without the arguments hopefully lol.. stick on the Grinch and open a Galaxy selection box. Then at the end, (and some people may disagree with this) watch the Mrs Brown's boys Christmas special.. and have an Irish coffee or two??

I'm sure I've missed out a few things but we all have our favourite things to do and the important thing to do is do what makes YOU happy at Christmas, not anybody else

I like the idea of Christmas, the practice not so much but I'm excited to have a break from my diet and a moment to relax and reflect.
