What primer do ye use and would you use finishing powder or fixing spray???

I'm ok with all the rest exfoliating etc ,supposedly primers makes the make up more Smooth.

I use Hydrating & Radiance Primer from Natural Collection because I have dry skin.

I stopped using setting powder a good while ago because since my skin is so dry the make up ain't going anywhere.

I still use setting spray but tbh I reckon I could get away without using that either.

A makeup thread for tips & how too’s

what’s needed as basics

A breakdown of what product is for what

I gave up watching makeup tutorials, not understanding what I have and what I need,

I’ve just been mixing palate powders for cheeks & face, eyeliner pencil, lips etc

I can’t manage fake eyelashes, they just fall off or if they stay on they’re wonky lol

a starters list would help a lot of people along that wouldn’t have a friend to ask,

Knowing what products actually are you’d have a better understanding watching tutorial videos

Some MUA will give you tutorials and advise on best products to use for your skin, obviously the better ones are always well bokked u especially this time of year.

For false lashes it's best to get lash glue with a brush applicator, DUO is a good brand and has both clear and black adhesive. With the brush, apply the lash glue to your lash line instead of the band of the false lashes. that way the adhesive goes exactly where it needs to be and you just push the false lashes onto the glue with tweezers.

Magnetic lashes are supposed to be good too, but my experience with them wasn't great.

Magnetic lashes are the only way to go.

"Magnetic lashes are the only way to go. "

Do you put them on before make up or after.

It's those eye lashes I find the hardest

After, always after. They are foolproof!

Any brand you can recommend? The ones I got so far were rather disappointing

I don't know the name but they have a pink and white box. You can search under images on Google.

Make sure you get the ones with the magnetic eyeliner
