….

So as we near the end of 2023 have you got all your goals for 2023 completed?

One of my 2023 goals was shed some weight and be the strongest and fittest I’ve ever been . Nearing the end of a 90 day challenge as part of a group. It’s amazing when you work towards a goal how much you can achieve

I have a job whether I keep it for the next year, I do not know. I've lost some weight, I've surpassed my Christmas goal but I hope to continue it into the new year.

Are you at your strongest?

Mine was to buy a house and drink more protein smoothies… and nutrition! I’ve…nearly bought a house… so fruit buying is next.

True _eeisback. Small changes continually make big changes

Started to get back in action after an injury. Past 4 months update - strength coming back quickly, size coming back. Fat loss and smaller stomach. More flexible, chlothes fit me again lol. Feel good another bit to go then I’ll feel better about taking fresh profile pics here.

Wrapped up a career. Aiming for a new one. Roll on the new year.
