Honestly theres nothing like that really. Except on nights of events and even then the hotel is only full of swingers because of the event.

Dublin prices are through the roof at the moment and probably will be going forward.

All I can think of is maybe try a little further out of town.

Pick a busy enough hotel, one preferably without key card for lifts and entrance to halls etc
