A good few years of them done and a few more to go i'd say. Trying to not be repetitive is a nightmare, especially when you have forgotten to do anything and on the way to bed.

Powdered sugar make a small trail with footprints.

Rice or peas - spell elf, avoid big words like marmalade, Merry Christmas, fifty shades etc. lol

Put a cigarette butt or empty beer beside him leave the elf on backside.
