Winter weights/cross fit to get a decent level of fitness then do my own thing after 6 weeks. Summer off road/road cycling, try hit about 200km a week. Bitta 5 aside and just try not to eat crap during the week. Definitely harder the older I get

Started the gym and walking nearly two months ago now. Three gym sessions a week is the goal and it's definitely paying dividends. I've also had my first proper hike, hoping to make it an every second month thing. It's important to stay active and honestly the weather isn't too bad for it.

I go to the gym mainly to lose weight, I'm 175cm 63kg but always feel like I'm not slim enough so I mostly do cardio with a low carb diet.

I recently came across an interesting point of view: going to the gym is about having enough muscle protection so that you don't have to need others help when you're older. Maybe it's some kind of investment in future health too

2 hrs gym & swim 3 times per week. HILLWALKING 3-4 hours each weekend.

A little bit of horizontal jogging once or twice a month.

It's a tough regime but it keeps me out of the pub.

Physical exercise class once a week at the moment.

Normally walking and running. The amount of chest infections I've had in the last 4 months and all the antibiotics, knocked me out nearly. Think I need a sun holiday

South Side.

I've never been a gym bunny, except for indoor games. I much prefer to walk or climb mountains. My phone tells me I walked 11,900 paces today. That's about 10 km, in the freezing cold.
