Pinkie has a mind of it's own

And he's up most nights

Just nobody to keep him company.

Nothing worse than waking up at 4am horny but you’re all on your own.

Now it’s absolutely freezing we’re defo all awake at that time.

Had to get out of bed at 4am put on the heating it was so cold this morning!

At the moment the need to work and the sun is keeping me up, but when this was posted I was happily asleep.

Do all those who suffer insomnia you have my sympathy. I used to suffer badly from it.

Haven't had a full night's sleep in weeks. Mind just can't settle at night. Constantly thinking over things.

Jot down what’s on your mind. Unwind with something you enjoy at night. A film. A book. Dim lights. Forget the day. Have a routine. Camomile tea. Ashwuganda 500 mg

Over thinking things is the human brains worst enemies I think.

We all suffer with it at times. Routine is essential try to stay away from alcohol too.

A weekend sesh on the booze will destroy your sleep pattern for at least a week.

I think sometimes I overworked myself. And even when I am tired I just lay down with open eyes counting bumps on my ceiling.

And some of the time my pinki can't let me sleep

"Haven't had a full night's sleep in weeks. Mind just can't settle at night. Constantly thinking over things. "

This is a double edged sword but try reading or listening to something before going to sleep. It will allow you to be focused on just one thing at a time and slows things down.

Work keeping me up . Mind you, probably best not fall asleep, don't fancy ringing the boss at this unsociable hour saying I've broken a wing mirror because the truck fell on it

I haven't had a full night's sleep in over 10 years, nightmares, flashbacks, it's a real horrible situation, if you can't sleep right it affects everything you do

This is going to sound absolutely stupid

But how difficult is it to work out whats wrong with an animal when you can't exactly ask them where do they feel pain ....especially if its a large farm animal
