I start at 8 and not finished till half 10 and IV gotten about an hour's sleep love it not really any one Wana cover my shift haha ????

I'm struggling to sleep at nite as I have switched to working days recently. My body click is all over the place. I won't take sleeping pills. Have tried warm milk,hot baths even counting sheep, nothing seems to help lately
