Christmas time is my favourite time of year. I’ve started today doing my Christmas shopping list, got a big hug from an ex and a bottle of polish spirits (strong stuff hits the lungs hard) and chocolates I can’t even pronounce.

Wizzard's I wish it could be Christmas every day is quite simply thee greatest Christmas song... It seasons me up every year and gets me feeling festive, excited, nostalgic, happy and singing along every time it's on. The seasonal bells throughout along with the sharp juxtaposition of Wizzard's lead singer's scary adult look and the innocent, beautiful children's choir leads to a superb harmonised finish and now iconic sign off
