the light is always on in my fridge, it just seems to be an awful waste of energy!

Last night I told the wife I fancied going out for dinner, so get her coat.

When she excitedly asked where we are going, I said 'I' am going out to dinner, so switching off the heating.

It's an oldie.

On a serious note I'm always amazed at the amount of buildings that leave lights on all night

Walked through Rathmines earlier

All the closed shops with full lights on

Thats so any thieves dont trip in the dark and claim off their insurance!
