One of the better tips along with small hand and a lot of lube is the position. It is easier in some positions and harder in some. More importantly putting effort while fisting is not ideal.

Letting it go with the flow where you and the fister enjoy is the best scenario

Yeah find that works the best too! Not to be too forceful with with. Patience really! We’ve got greet lube and gloves - maybe some one with small hands would be good

Lots of patience and lots of lube. Positioning can help as can other stimulation to help relax the body, the slightest tension can stop the desired results being hit.
