I remember training for a half marathon years ago and used to get a few kilometres done in the park in Santry there on my lunch break, I used to work close by…..jogging around one afternoon on a chilly March day and came across a couple probably late 50’s ‘on the job’….I was absolutely mortified, not a bother to Couple, said hello and all….fair play to them ??
