Girls..

Can ye recommend a good sports bra for my double troubles...G cup.

Back to gym and need reinforcement. Any good brands.. I dont mind paying up to 100e for a good one.

Two hollowed out pumpkins held together with barbed wire should do the trick.

Repurposing of left over Halloween stuff is good for the environment and the odd prod from the barb wire will keep you focused on the treadmill.

Brest of luck with the gym.

I have just started back myself after a few months break and I look forward to comparing notes on our progress.

Asked a friend - Wolfords in Kildare Village she goes to get large cupped ladies bras and also hosiery suspenders etc. try wolfords online she said or Ann summers. She also said Wolfords are expensive but very high quality.
