"I also have plenty of video production and photography experience. but my take is that it's WAY less sexy than people expect it to be! Posing for photos can be uncomfortable, unnatural, and take several attempts to get right. and with filming - it's not very sexy, much like how porn set's are very unsexy places in reality, and even a short video might take hours. So I warn people of that going in. It's more of something you pursue for the end result than for the process. If you're a guy looking to do this, I would straight up ask you what do you expect in return? there is a lot of vulnerability in the process so you need to be upfront in how this will work. E.g - Are you doing this for your own sexual gratification? Are you going hoping to be able to whip it out mid shoot? if not, say so, because you'll probably get more interest if your going to stay professional - because then you're being selected as a videographer, not a sexual partner. You'll also need to talk about privacy, and content ownership. Another fear might be that you could upload content to the internet without permission, some people might be less comfortable with you holding onto the video. In terms of selling yourself, I think you need to tell people what you bring to the table. For example, if you were able to set up your home like a home studio, a nice setting, lighting, some lighting equipment and tripods set up, it might be pretty appealing for a couple to pop by. I've always found lighting to be the number one thing people struggle with in their home photos and videos. So maybe talk to some portable lights you can bring in would be appealing? overall, to proposition anyone around this kind of thing, you need to anticipate all their hesitations, and consider how you can make them comfortable and feel safe. " Everything you mentioned came to mind when I read the OPs opening message. Well said and crucial points covered You might get a few requests to film yourself as you have experience in the industry.

"I'd love to record and produce videos of people, whether it's two people or a large group. I have a lot of video production experience, but never this kind of thing and I'm quite attracted to the idea So just wondering, is being filmed a turn on for anybody? Obviously we all have phones with great quality camera these days, it's easy to make your own videos. But, is being recorded by someone else a turn on for anyone I wonder... " I'm interested if this is going ahead. Would be fun to experience the other, more realistic side of porn. We all know each video is the highlights of a longer process, but meeting different people and having a laugh would be good. I agree privacy has to be discussed though.
