On this day I had a very enjoyable wank.

It was an achievement because I wasn't fully committed at the start but I leaned into it and got lefty involved as well, and we all know that teamwork makes the dream work. It was a proud moment and I'm still basking in the afterglow.

This time 11 years ago was my college graduation ceremony. I went back to college after dropping out previously with health stuff and then taking a year out working while deciding what it was I wanted to do with myself. Some other life stuff tried to get in the way towards the end of the 4 years and I really stumbled through the end of it to be honest, but looking back now I'm fairly proud of having come out the other side with degree in hand.

I performed in the Hong Kong Chinese New Year Parade three years in a row.

The audience on the streets was about half a million.

They interviewed our group on live television and told us there was a billion people watching the parade at home on TV.

Lots of things to be proud of but the one that comes to mind is being asked by a friend in 2018 to help him coach a particular sport we had both played for years.

It was a local community group who had organised a fitness programme involving lots of different sports.

I had zero experience of coaching, facilities were very poor and on the first night more than 100 people turned up aged from 8-80.

My friend was intimidated by such large numbers and wasn't fit enough to go through with it so I was left with the entire group on my own for 7 weeks.

It was so successful I did it again the following year and only covid prevented it continuing in 2020.

It comes to mind now because that friend passed away a few weeks ago.

"On this day 8 years ago I ran the dublin city marathon great achievement for me...so looking back on achievements you have achieved which ones are you proud off.."

I did the Marathon in 2012.

I passed Ray D'Arcy who was handing out sachets of lube. Didn't really need it, but grabbed a pack to rub on my inner thighs.

I didn't realise till later that I accidentally knocked the water bottle from my belt in the process.

Damn u Ray D'Arcy!

There's great achievements done in this thread by ye amazing people that posted on here. Congrats, well done & good on ye.

Personally can't say I've achieved anything, big or special, to class as my biggest, best achievement. Nothing that I can think of or call of anyway's.

That shouldn't take away from all the amazing people that have achieved something.

Quitting the corporate rat race as it was unfulfilling and pointless and simply trying to make a rich man in another country a little richer each qtr and that wasn't how I wanted my life to go. There is more to life than money.
