I say it depends. There's definitely some very old schools of Taoism and Tantra that seem to have figured out how to make the most of it.

Outside of the confines of a very disciplined life I reckon it's better out than in.

Isn't No Nut November something that came out of the No Fap movement for guys who struggle with porn fixation?

I know on the Reddit there a huge community of guys who support each other through it.

Don't know if I could do it but I'm not against it. Sometimes post nut clarity helps with anxiety and stress. However you could also say the stress of finding a partner for these actions cam be as stressful and cause anxiety.

I might not shave for November though, I remember that being a thing
