Earlier in the summer it was vanilla sponge with passionfruit curd.

Sometimes it’s chocolate cake with Nutella ganache and praline.

But, in all honesty, any cake is great

My mam used to make either of those in the winter months. Used to love the skin on a rice pudding. We used to put cinnamon in the tapioca, haven't had it in years.
