I had a work affair that went on for two months, but it got weird because she got attached. While it lasted it was so hot it was hard to keep it secret since we couldn't stop meeting in bathrooms, garage, even meeting rooms. We hooked up any place we could find, but I couldnt focus on work at all. You both need to be a little crazy for it to work though :D

In the past yes , a few times, sometimes it feels wrong so it makes it irresistible. It can be awkward if you make it awkward, would I do it again,if it felt right, yes ,in a heartbeat.
