You made a connection, lots of interactions but yet cant get a meet arranged.

Are you flogging the proverbial horse? How many times to do 'try' to meet and then the connection dissipates.

The buzz wearing off is definitely a thing but I find going forward with the attitude that it'll happen when it happens makes it easy enough to check in every now and again and not worry about losing an opportunity.

I tend to think of it as making friends who I might get to have a great time with if the stars align and then I don't jump the shark and there's always something to look forward to.

Try being in my position lol guy's all brave saying they would love to meet etc when I say ok WhatsApp me and I'll be ready for half ten this Friday evening or Saturday

That puts a stop to their gallop, then they're sending me messages at ten thirty or eleven Friday or Saturday evening I'm having a few drinks I'm horny lol and I put it on a plate for them a few days before

I find it absolutely fascinating that guys can be so full of contradictions. I'm never offended by their lack of conviction , I just find it hilariously funny

Honestly for me if it turns into a flogging a dead horse scenario I'll bail. I understand the importance of connection and friendship and I wouldn't have it any other way with those that we choose to spend time with but some people really like the talk aspect of fab and unfortunately it becomes just that, all talk.

Regarding setting up a time to meet it really shouldn't be difficult to work out. In my experience people will give a few dates to each other and try and whittle it down between themselves to move things forward.

Attitudes that are blasé or lukewarm when messaging about meeting but hungry for naughty chat are common place here. Who has time for fab pen-pals? I don't.

I understood it as a possible play meet up thats why I said block straight away...pull the plaster off quickly so to speak

To be honest I wouldn't get worked up for getting blocked by anyone for any reason

I've met people at socials ,chat for a while all friendly even got a veri off some and then been blocked .....no problem....good luck with them
