Best Sunday roast?

As a big fan of a roast (didnt get a dad bod from salads).

Whats your favourite? I'm a good cook so can turn my hand at any of them, roast beef (medium rare) or chicken my favourites.

Today is chicken btw

Agreed, every 3rd or 4th for lamb, pork or chicken otherwise. So many people I know hate roast pork.

or they are confusing it with a salty gammon that they havent steeped over night first.

Aldi Black Angus Rib roast done on the BBQ with a few oak chunks, red wine n garlic onion gravy, Yorkshire pudding, buttered carrot and petit pois and of course, crispy roast spuds. Perfect
