its a reference to the travelling community that they are on about so much for culture night in ireland when you have people like that in fab alone

I know what you mean. CSLewis argued that the very moment one labels something culture it ceases to be the thing that made it so.....

But I believe that when people ask a question like the op did, culture is more a reference to an activity that is communal, unique to an area and or a world practice.

And after a long week of work, a bit of music, a lot of beer, lots of craic...I could be waffling as I walk home at 2 o'clock in the morning, Spanish time.
