Possibly because the powers that decide these things don't know how much it would be used so your best bet is to look at profiles that interest you and see if that is something that they want to do or try

But if you search for accounts that have cuckolding as a category you can look at their photos.

There is more chance of seeing genuine cuckold photos in cuckold profiles than there is in the general gallery photos that are tagged for the fabs IMO
