Aren't ye all very fancy with your slow cooked ham and roast lamb and the likes. I'm a man of more simple pleasures, bring out the chicken fillet roll with a bit of lettuce and a dollop of mayonnaise. Yeah boy

M: I love cooking meat on low temperatures, a nice beef roast seared in the pan and simmered in the oven for 10h at double digit temps until it basically falls apart.. or a leg of lamb cooked on the Bbq on indirect heat for hours and hours.. Alternatively a nice roast cooked in a salt crust. I am getting really hungry now..

Who would have thought a thread about various forms of edible animal flesh could be so much more interesting than one about meeting strangers for sex.

Bubble and squeak is basically left over potatoes and veg fried in a shallow pan

If we are talking slow cookers then pulled pork cooked for a minimum of 8 hours
