Excuses wanted

Hi there!

Collecting excuses on Fab is turning out to be quite the hobby. My collection isn't huge yet, so I thought I'd ask you for some more creative reasons. I'm pretty sure this will work 100%, because if you don't want to share, you'll come up with an excuse for that, right?

Here are a few excuses I've got in my collection so far:

* Health issues

* Going to a wedding

* Locking keys in a rented van

* Dealing with a leaking boiler and waiting for a technician to fix it

Got any more gems to add?

Back when I was a single male here it was my period just arrived. Bare in mind the meet was only sorted the day before. I have cancelled meets myself so I'm not a saint in that department. The best excuse I gave was I didn't trust her after I found out she was trying to catfish me with a fake male profile she and her mate had set up. Still to this day I have no clue why she did it as I am straight as an arrow.

Had one about five years ago which went against my general rule about meeting anyone under 30 and probably solidified it. She was 25, I travelled all the way to a different town, she was texting me all the way to her front door.

I ring the doorbell and she must not have liked the look of me as there was no answer but a message a few minutes later to say her father had just rang and was on his way over.

She had insisted the whole time that I didn't have to bother with a face pic but decided looking through a spy hole she didn't fancy fish eyed distorted me. Big lesson for me. She's still very active on here.

I’m Calving (like they weren’t pregnant / expecting yesterday?)

The worst one was, “I’ve invited you to my home. What if you steal something?” Uhhh bye.

Anyway, it's always a pleasure when someone pays attention to you, even in this unconventional way.

The same today, so it's a good excuse - it was raining
