Yeah RVC is the right way to go for your first big outing! Great events and always well ran in our experience. Was our very first outing and we hadn't even been verified yet, We were well looked after. Enjoy!! Might see ye there.

try travel lodge , or ask for a room share at the main hotel and offer to split costs , I know of loads sharing
