"A roast you can eat, or fun for three or more people?"

Was thinking food around Dublin, but the alternative is also very appealing

Dublin west

Salmon leap in Leixlip do a decent sit down roast.

The morgue in Templeogue do a decent carvery but it's always busy. Yellow house in Rathfarnham also do a half decent carvery.

We cook roasts most Sundays. You can feed the whole family for the cost of a single plate in a carvery.

Somewhere

"Any recommendations for somewhere that does a decent Sunday roast?"

If you're looking for a place in Dublin, the best place I've found is the Tolka House in Glasnevin. Honourable mention to the Coolquay Lodge who do a fine feed.

When I'm travelling I like to stop off in Toughers, Newbridge or the Firgrove in Mitchelstown. Both places feel like I'm eating at home they look after you so well and I alternate between the 2 when I'm on the road.

Ringsend Road

The pub in Houston Station does a great carvery. Does a good breakfast too.. You’d get away with parking in the set down area if you don’t take too much time
