Lots of people seem to think the same . If you ask them to meet up for a social coffee and a chat . They seem to automatically presume it's a full play meet. They can get quite thick when it is as you have suggested just a social chat and a coffee.

We do our social meets on the night of the sex date as usually have interacted enough to know sex is likely. Then meet in a pub just out of area for15 mins or so and back to our place then for the sex date
