Better than burpees .. "I refuse to do burpees. Also have an excuse as i fecked up my wrist years ago fighting and it hasnt been right since. (Also fight was in a ring with a referee not a street fight lol) | |||

Decided a few beers would be good. And some really bad series on paramount that I’m too invested in to quit
