I know it's a thing that's given sometimes, but that wouldn't stand up to legal scrutiny. Also a man doesn't have implied consent with even his wife unless she's concious. It's a minefield

I actually asked in a thread once that if you have sex with someone at night,stay the night,then are you meant to get them to sign a form the next morning saying that further sexual activity is fine as its a new day
