Why are so many women on here unwilling to actually meet up on the day of a planned meet ?

You get all the formalities out of the way but yet are stood up and let down/blanked ?

Very disheartening. Any ideas on a successful approach ?

Stood up by the same woman 3 times . Different excuse each time then I just gave up .
